The new Brazilian Anti-Corruption Act/ A Nova Lei Brasileira Anticorrupção

Following a worldwide tendency of fighting against corruption practices, on August 1^st of 2013 it has became effective in Brazil the new Anti-corruption Act (Law no. 12846), which had been under analisys of the Brazilian Congress since 2010.
